MEALS OF THE FUTURE - MASTER COURSE
Together with Örebro University, Dep. of Culinary Arts and Meal Science in Grythyttan we’re honoured to have co-developed the online master degree course Meals of the Future - Trends & Innovations, where Johan Swahn Ph.D. is the senior lecturer.
With the fast pace of which the food industry develops its important to understand and explore the innovation process. The objective of the course, which is run in English, is to highlight how interdisciplinary research on meals and gastronomy can be important for societal development within sustainability, health and other sectors.
