Creative Director and Ph.D in Sensory Marketing || Johan has, for more than 12 years, specialised in integrating science and business within the grocery retail sector while drawing on his experience as a former chef. Since October 2017 he is also the head of research at Sense Lab, the University of Örebro's latest investment in the future of food. Born to be on stage he gives inspiring in-demand talks about food trends and how sensory marketing can take brands to the next level.

Head of Insights || Charlotte immerses herself in the latest in food, tech and lifestyle. She studied PR, Marketing and Communication in London and Gothenburg and has several years experience in creating marketing strategy and brand building activities for global corporations as well as running her own businesses.
Head of Sensory Research || Asgeir Nilsen is a Ph.D candidate in Sensory Science at the University of Örebro and an expert on sensory methods, statistical development and consumer research. He is also the research engineer at Sense Lab, University of Örebro.
